In addition to sorry, there are other weak words that you should avoid. Just Not Sorry will warn you about them. It will help you eliminate the weak aspects of the message and replace them with confidence and charm.
It works as a Gmail plug-in, so you may only use it when you’re directly communicating with someone. If, for example, a customer contacted your support and you’re providing a direct answer, this is definitely a tool you’ll want to use.
