Request approval/comment

You will find this feature when hovering over the email card under the ”Share” button.

Click ”Request a review” and select colleagues or clients who also have a Chamaileon account to share it with.

When you have done that, they will receive an email notification that you have requested a review.

They will be able to open the email with the share link of the email.

 

Then, they can click on the ”Comment” icon to comment on the email.

You will receive an email notification every time they comment on the email.

You will be able to see the history of the commenting.

You can approve the email if it’s ready to be sent out.

Or, you can request changes.
